Profit Prep School
Where your bank account is designed to match your talent.
Led by Christy Bowie, CPA, this 10-week financial bootcamp will teach you how to understand your numbers, keep more of what you make + make smarter decisions about your offers, pricing, cash + capacity so you can build a more profitable business that pays you better.
More revenue hasn’t automatically created more profit.
More growth hasn’t automatically created more freedom.
And every new level seems to come with another financial decision you’re not completely sure how to make.
You know you're exceptional at what you do.
Now it's time to build the financial architeture to match..
But "success" doesn’t feel quite how you thought it would.
You did what everyone told you would work.
You got really damn good at what you do.
You invested. Mastered your craft. Built a reputation people trust. Became the person people recommend in rooms you aren’t even in.
And it worked.
You built a successful business.
Working harder isn’t the answer anymore.
Because the skill that got you here isn’t the only skill you need to build what comes next.
SOMEWHERE ALONG THE WAY, YOU ACCIDENTALLY BECAME THE CEO + CFO OF AN ACTUAL COMPANY.
You don’t need to become an accountant.
You need to know your numbers well enough to make the damn decisions.
And somehow...you were just expected to know what to do with all of it.
So maybe from the outside, the business looks successful.
But behind the scenes?
You still say yes to clients you don’t really want because turning down money feels risky.
You have cash in the bank but second-guess whether you can actually afford to spend it.
You hit bigger revenue numbers...but somehow don’t feel like YOU are getting that much richer.
You know you probably need to hire, invest, raise prices, change an offer, or make some other big move...but you’re not always sure which decision the numbers actually support.
Being exceptional at what you do didn’t automatically teach you how to financially run the business your talent created.
How much should you pay yourself?
Can you actually afford the hire?
Are your offers + pricing profitable enough?
How much should you keep, spend, save or reinvest?
What do the numbers say you should do next?
You started a business because you were really freaking good at what you do.
At first, the job was pretty simple:
Get clients. Do great work. Get paid.
Then the business grew.
And suddenly there were contractors. Expenses. Payroll. Taxes. Pricing decisions. Cash flow. Bigger investments. More money moving through the business than you ever imagined when you started.
The Frustrating Part Is Feeling Like You Should Already Know This.
You built the business. You figured out how to get clients, make sales + make real money.
So it feels like you should know what you can afford, whether you’re profitable enough + what the numbers are telling you to do next.
But nobody ever taught you this part.
Making money and knowing how to financially run a business are two different skills.
And the second one can be learned.
MAKING MONEY + KNOWING HOW TO FINANCIALLY RUN A BUSINESS
ARE TWO VERY DIFFERENT SKILLS.
When you can finally see the business clearly…
"I have a plan. I know what I need to do to achieve my business goals, financially speaking. I feel so much more confident in talking about my finances and looking at my finances because of the accountability piece. I know I need to do X to achieve Y because that's what my financial statements are telling us. And, that is something that I had no clue in doing and is paramount for any business."”
After finally understanding what her numbers were telling her, Gigi optimized her Marketing Firms pricing, made smarter financial decisions, and increased her profit by 81%.
"[we now have] a completely better understanding of the health of our business, better systems, goal setting I am looking forward to achieving financial goals and setting us up for retirement"”
Serena & Dominic gained complete visibility into the financial health of their business, giving them the confidence to plan for retirement and begin building long-term wealth through investments like real estate and secondary business ventures
"Knowledge is power and I am really grateful to have more of an idea how the business is running."
Grace finally understood what was happening inside her business, replacing months of uncertainty with clarity and confidence.
"I feel like I have direction for the first time ever. Christy looked at what I can afford and I don't have to guess what a reasonable salary to pay someone would be. I know what I can afford to pay my employees."
Sarah identified where profit was leaking, built a sustainable hiring plan, and stopped making financial decisions based on guesswork
This Is Where Everything Starts Making Sense
Most business programs teach you how to make more sales.
Profit Prep School teaches you how to financially run the business those sales created.
We’ll look underneath the revenue at the financial architecture of your business:
Your offers.
Your pricing.
Your margins.
Your revenue model.
Your capacity.
Your cash flow.
Your team.
Then we’ll rebuild what isn’t working through three phases: Diagnose. Design. Operate
It's the lens only a CPA and Profit Architect can bring to your business.
Phase One: Diagnosis
see it clearly
Before we redesign anything, we need to understand the business you have today, what the numbers are actually telling us + what you need the business to produce for YOU.
Together, we’ll diagnose what’s limiting the business, establish your financial baseline + work backward from the life and financial goals you actually want.
By the end of this phase, you’ll know:
- What needs to change so you stop spending time + money solving symptoms while the real constraint keeps limiting profit, capacity or growth.
- What your business is actually making, keeping + paying you so you can see where profit is disappearing and where the biggest opportunities are.
- What your financial targets actually are so you know what the business needs to pay you + support without sacrificing the time and life you want.
You’ll stop guessing where you stand and have a clear financial target for where we’re going next.
Phase Two: Design
design with intention
Once we know what needs to change + what the business needs to financially produce, we redesign the way it makes money.
Using your Critical Constraint, financial targets + my proprietary Endowment Suite™ Framework, we’ll make sure your offers, pricing + capacity can actually support the business you’re trying to build.
By the end of this phase, you’ll know:
- What you actually need to sell so every offer has a financial purpose instead of adding more complexity to the business.
- How your offers should work together so revenue becomes more predictable, profitable + less dependent on one offer or season.
- What to charge + how much you can realistically deliver so reaching your financial goals doesn’t require an impossible number of clients or more of YOU.
You’ll have a business model designed to make the numbers from Phase One actually possible.
Phase Three: operate
Do the damn thing
A better business model only works if you know how to financially operate it.
Now we’ll build the money systems + financial visibility you need to know where cash goes, what belongs to you, what the business can afford + which decisions actually make sense as you grow.
By the end of this phase, you’ll know:
- What to do with the money when it comes in so owner pay, taxes, reserves, expenses + reinvestment are planned instead of decided from whatever happens to be in the bank.
- What your business can actually afford so hiring, investing, spending + bigger growth decisions stop feeling like expensive guesses.
- What to focus on next so you leave with a clear 90-day financial plan instead of another list of things you could improve.
You’ll leave knowing how to financially operate the business you just redesigned.

When You Stop Guessing + Start Building From The Numbers...
"I think I almost cried tears of relief when I left." "Walking away knowing I can take a fully paid maternity leave was better than my wildest dreams."
Becca built a financial plan that made a fully paid maternity leave possible without sacrificing the future of her business.
"Literally just so! much! clarity! And peace!!! Oh my gosh, the peace! My anxiety levels around this area of business have decreased immensely. "She's giving me the peace and momentum to move forward with confidence!"
AS HER BUSINESS GREW, WE BUILT THE FINANCIAL VISIBILITY SHE NEEDED TO KNOW WHAT SHE COULD AFFORD, WHAT TO PRIORITIZE + HOW TO MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT SECOND-GUESSING EVERY DECISION.
"Feeling lighter, refreshed, and not fearful of my business. I've gained clarity and direction! I have a better grip on the financial side of my business thanks to Christy and her team, and that is better than any financial gain... although the increased income is nice, too!"
BAILEE STOPPED FEARING THE FINANCIAL SIDE OF HER BUSINESS + STARTED MAKING DECISIONS WITH MORE CLARITY, CONFIDENCE + A HEALTHIER BOTTOM LINE.
“I don't know that I've said, specifically this, but if I haven't, you deserve to hear it. You have saved my marriage”
THE CLARITY she BUILT AROUND THE BUSINESS CHANGED MORE THAN THE WAY she MADE FINANCIAL DECISIONS. IT CHANGED WHAT she BROUGHT HOME WITH THEM, TOO.
Not because everything magically got easier.
Because you finally know how to financially run it.
When Your Business Stops Feeling Like An Emergency
One day you’ll close your laptop and realize there’s nothing urgent waiting for you.
No revenue panic
No financial decision you’re scared to make
No feeling like everything falls apart if you stop pushing
If that's the future you're building...
your seat is waiting
You’re not just building revenue anymore. You’re building a business that pays off.
Good. You’re exactly who I built Profit Prep School for.
If you read this page and thought, “Holy shit, I should probably know this by now...”
This Isn't For Everyone. And That's The Point.
Profit Prep School isn't for someone still trying to make their first dollar.
And it's not for someone looking for a magic formula to make money overnight.
It's for business owners who already know how to make money...and are ready to get better at what happens next.
You’ve made the revenue.
You’ve built the reputation.
Now you’re ready to become the kind of CEO who actually understands the financial side of the business you’ve built.
You don’t need to be a “finance person.”
You just need to be ready to learn the financial skill set your business now requires.
Phase One - See The Business Clearly
Before we touch your pricing, expenses, offers, or cash flow, we need to know what’s actually keeping your business from becoming more profitable + scalable.
AFTER THIS WEEK, YOU’LL KNOW:
- Which part of your business is currently limiting profit, capacity or growth so we know what the rest of your financial plan needs to solve.
- How that constraint is showing up in your money + day-to-day operations so you can connect what you’re feeling in the business to what actually needs to change.
- What needs to improve as we redesign the business so your offers, pricing, money + capacity decisions all move you toward more profit, more room to grow + more room for your life.
Phase One - See The Business Clearly
You’re making money. But how much of it is actually working for you?
This week, we’ll get clear on what your business is making, spending, keeping + paying YOU so you can see how financially healthy the business actually is and where there may be opportunities to improve it.
AFTER THIS WEEK, YOU’LL KNOW:
- How much your business is actually making, keeping + paying YOU so you can see whether growth is actually translating into more money for you.
- Where your biggest profit leaks + opportunities are so you know where changes could put more money back into the business or your pocket.
- Which numbers actually matter for YOUR business so you know what to watch, what needs to improve + monitor whether the decisions you make from here are actually working.
Phase One - See The Business Clearly
A bigger revenue number means nothing if it doesn’t actually create a richer life.
This week, we’ll work backward from what you want the business to fund so you know what it needs to pay you, what you’re building toward + the boundaries the business needs to respect along the way.
AFTER THIS WEEK, YOU’LL KNOW:
- What your business actually needs to pay YOU so your financial goals are based on the life you want, not an arbitrary revenue number.
- Your baseline + expansive financial targets so you know what “enough” looks like now + what you’re intentionally building toward.
- The time + capacity boundaries your business needs to respect so making more money doesn’t require sacrificing the freedom you wanted it to create.
Phase two - design
Now that we know what needs to change, what your numbers look like + what the business needs to financially support, we can figure out whether your current offers can actually get you there.
This week, we’ll look at what each offer is doing for the business, identify what’s missing + design the offer mix that makes your financial goals more realistic without automatically adding more clients or more complexity.
AFTER THIS WEEK, YOU’LL KNOW:
- Which offers are actually worth growing so more sales create more money, not just more work.
- What’s missing from your offer suite so you stop feeling like you need to constantly invent something new.
- What to sell next so growth creates more profit + stability instead of more complexity.
Phase two - design
No new lessons this week. This is where we pause + work on YOUR business.
You’ll bring me your numbers, Revenue Blueprint, offer suite + the decisions you’re wrestling with. I’ll use your submissions to shape our coaching so we can pressure-test what you’ve built, catch what you might not see + make sure the plan actually works before we move forward.
AFTER THIS WEEK, YOU’LL:
- Know your numbers + strategy actually work together before you start making changes in the real world.
- Catch expensive blind spots early instead of discovering them later in your bank account.
- Get my eyes on YOUR biggest decisions so you’re not left wondering whether you did the work “right.”
Phase two - design
Your financial goals only work if your pricing + capacity can actually support them.
This week, we’ll do the math on what you charge, what it costs to deliver + how much you can realistically sell so growth doesn’t require you to work more just to make more.
AFTER THIS WEEK, YOU’LL KNOW:
- What you actually need to charge so every sale moves you closer to your profit goals, not just a fuller calendar.
- How much you can realistically sell + deliver so you know where growth starts costing you time, margin or sanity.
- What needs to change as you grow so making more money doesn’t automatically require more of YOU
Phase Three - operate
Making money is one skill. Knowing what to do with it once it hits your business is another.
This week, we’ll build a plan for how money moves through your business so you know what you can pay yourself, what needs to stay in the business + what needs to be set aside before you spend or reinvest anything.
AFTER THIS WEEK, YOU’LL KNOW:
- How much you can actually pay yourself so growing the business creates more wealth for YOU, not just a bigger company.
- How much to set aside for taxes + reserves so a tax bill or slow season doesn’t suddenly become a cash-flow emergency.
- What you can safely spend + reinvest so you stop wondering whether the money sitting in your bank account is actually available.
Phase Three - operate
No new lessons. We pause + work on YOUR business.
Bring me your pricing, capacity, cash plan + the financial decisions you’re wrestling with so we can make sure everything we've built actually works before you start using it to make bigger decisions.
AFTER THIS WEEK, YOU’LL:
- Know your financial plan actually works for YOUR business so you can move forward without wondering whether you did the math right.
- Get my eyes on the decisions you’re wrestling with so you're not making expensive changes based on assumptions.
- Catch anything that still doesn’t add up before you start putting the plan into action.
Phase Three - operate
Now that the financial foundation is built + pressure-tested, we use it to make better decisions.
You’ll learn how to use your numbers to decide when to hire, invest, spend, save or say “not yet.”
AFTER THIS WEEK, YOU’LL KNOW:
- What your business can actually afford so a big bank balance doesn’t trick you into spending money that isn't really available.
- When you’re financially ready to hire or invest so growth decisions create more opportunity instead of more financial pressure.
- Which numbers to watch as CEO so you can make decisions earlier instead of reacting after something goes wrong.
Phase Three - operate
Now we turn everything you’ve built into action.
We’ll identify the few financial + business moves that will make the biggest difference over the next 90 days so you leave knowing exactly what happens next.
YOU'LL GRADUATE KNOWING:
- What deserves your attention first so you’re not trying to fix ten things at once.
- What numbers will tell you it’s working so you can measure progress instead of guessing.
- What you’re doing over the next 90 days so everything you built inside PPS actually changes the business.

And those decisions will compound.
One pricing decision...
A $500 increase across 40 clients = $20,000 in additional annual revenue.
One hiring decision...
The wrong hire doesn't just cost a salary. It changes your margins, capacity + how much revenue the business needs to produce.
One offer decision...
A small change in margin across hundreds of sales can materially change what the business actually keeps..
One financial decision...
Could save you years of expensive trial and error—and give you the confidence to build your next chapter intentionally.
The decisions are already yours to make. Profit Prep School teaches you how to make them from the numbers.

When You Start Leading Like A CEO...
“I credit a lot of the confidence I've had to make "big scary decisions" since working with you to the strategic guidance you've been able to offer…I can show the point we started working together very clearly on my revenue charts.”
As Bryson's business grew, so did the weight of bigger decisions. Strategic financial guidance gave him the confidence to lead through his next stage of growth.
"I feel so much more confident that I can afford the lifestyle I've been living, begin saving a bit more, and reach my money goals without major changes! I know what to pay myself each month, and what to set aside. "
Shayne wanted confidence that her business could support both the life she was living today and the goals she was building toward
“I feel way more confident in my business's income and my ability to reach my goal for the year! I have a realistic projection of what I need to do…and the steps I need to take to reach my goals!”
Instead of wondering whether her goals were realistic, she left with a clear financial roadmap and the confidence to execute it.
“Working with Christy and her team has changed my business for the better. Instead of avoiding the difficult parts of the financial aspects of my business, I now address these issues head on”
Like many founders, Sarah knew avoiding the financial side of her business wasn't sustainable. Together, we turned uncertainty into clarity and action.
Christy has an ease about her with numbers. She makes them not stressful (no clue how). And she makes it easy to understand the actions that you need to take to be an empowered business owner. I wish I had met with her sooner rather than spinning my wheels trying to figure this out on my own

MEET YOUR HEADMISTRESS
CPA, BUSINESS STRATEGIST & FINANCIAL ARCHITECT
Hi, I'm christy.
I've spent the last (almost) decade inside hundreds of businesses, helping founders understand their numbers.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't actually fascinated by finance...I was fascinated by what finance revealed.
I kept seeing founders hit revenue goals they thought would change everything...only to wonder why their bank account, workload + life still didn't reflect the caliber of what they'd built.
And I realized: making money + knowing how to financially run the business you've built are two completely different skills.
That's the work I do now.
I help founders understand what their numbers are telling them, redesign the financial architecture behind the revenue + make smarter decisions about their offers, pricing, profit, capacity + cash.
So they can keep more of what they make, pay themselves better + build a business with the capacity to support a much bigger life.
Because I don't believe the goal was ever just to build a successful business.
I believe your business should become one of your greatest wealth-building assets.
These days, you'll usually find me at the barn with my horse Sammy, with my two dogs, or enjoying the flexibility I always hoped entrepreneurship would create.
Because the best businesses don't demand your life.
They fund it.
Class Starts September 9th. I’d love to save you a seat.
